Providing for nominations and the form of ballot.

82.180. All cities which have heretofore adopted charterspursuant to section 16, article IX, of the Constitution ofMissouri of 1875, or may hereafter adopt charters pursuant tosection 19, article VI of the Constitution of Missouri of 1945shall have power by charter enactment to prescribe the manner inwhich nominations shall be made for municipal offices in suchcities and the form of ballot to be used at elections formunicipal offices in such cities.
