License collector, St. Louis City, qualifications--residencerequirement, violation, forfeiture of office.

82.311. 1. No person shall be elected or appointed to theoffice of license collector in any city not within a county whoshall not have been a qualified voter of such city for one yearnext preceding his election or appointment.

2. Any license collector of any city not within a countywho removes his residence from such city shall forfeit suchoffice.
