86.080. Once each year during the first five years followingthe retirement of a member on a disability retirement allowanceand once in every three-year period thereafter, the board oftrustees may, and upon his application shall, require anydisability beneficiary who has not yet attained age sixty toundergo a medical examination, such examination to be made at aplace designated by the medical board, the examination to be madeby the medical board or by a physician or physicians designatedby such board. Should any disability beneficiary who has notattained the age of sixty refuse to submit to such medicalexamination, his allowance may be discontinued until hiswithdrawal of such refusal and should his refusal continue forone year all rights in and to his pension may be revoked by theboard of trustees.
