Certain sections to terminate, when.

86.364. All provisions of this chapter which authorize the grantingof additional benefits or compensation to beneficiaries shall terminateupon the issuance of an opinion by the Missouri supreme court which wouldresult in the state of Missouri being obligated or required to pay any suchadditional benefits or compensation even though such additional benefits orcompensation is formally approved or authorized by the appropriate body ofthe city.
