Board of trustees of policemen's pension fund.

86.517. The city treasurer, counselor, city clerk andcomptroller, or such other officers exercising such functionswhile holding such office, and the chief officer of the policedepartment, two delegates at large from the police department tobe selected by the members thereof annually, whose term of officeshall be one year and two delegates from the pensioned list, ifany, to be selected by such retired or pensioned members on thethirtieth day of June of each year, who shall hold office for oneyear, shall constitute and be a board by the name of "The Boardof Trustees of the Policemen's Pension Fund". The said boardshall make all needful rules and regulations for its governmentin the discharge of its duties. The board shall select fromtheir members a president and secretary and shall establish theirown order of business.
