Chairman--secretary--actuaries.

87.150. The board of trustees shall elect from itsmembership a chairman, and shall by majority vote of its membersappoint a secretary who may be one of its members. It may engagesuch actuarial and other services as may be required to transactthe business of the retirement system. The compensation of allpersons engaged by the board of trustees and all other expensesof the board necessary for the operation of the retirement systemshall be paid at such rates and in such amounts as the board oftrustees shall approve.
