Data and record to be kept--annual report.

87.155. 1. The board of trustees shall keep in convenientform such data as is necessary for actuarial valuation of thefunds of the retirement system and for checking the experience ofthe system.

2. The board of trustees shall keep a record of all itsproceedings which shall be open to public inspection. It shallpublish annually a report showing the fiscal transactions of theretirement system for the preceding fiscal year, the amount ofthe accumulated cash and securities of the system, and the lastbalance sheet showing the financial condition of the system bymeans of an actuarial valuation of the assets and liabilities ofthe retirement system.
