Warrants to be drawn on treasurer.

87.415. It shall be the duty of the officer or officers ofsuch city who are designated by law to draw warrants on thetreasurer of such city, upon request, in writing, by said boardof trustees, to draw warrants on the treasurer of such city,payable to the treasurer of such board of trustees, for all fundsbelonging to said pension funds as aforesaid.
