Condemnation of property--commissioners' report.

88.030. When the commissioners shall have viewed theproperty and assessed the value, damages and benefits they shallmake their return of such assessment in writing and under oath tothe circuit court. The report shall be filed with the clerk ofthe court and shall set out the amounts allowed for each lot,tract or parcel of land condemned and the amounts assessedagainst the various lots, tracts and parcels of land, and thecity, if any, to pay for the land condemned, stating such amountsseparately and giving a description of each lot, tract or parcelof land condemned or assessed.
