Street grading--cost of proceedings.

88.093. The costs of the proceedings, up to and includingthe filing of the report of the commissioners in cases wheredamages are allowed by the report, shall be paid by the city, andall costs caused by any subsequent litigation shall be paid bythe losing party, and in cases where the report disallows allclaims for damages, the costs shall be paid by the losing party.
