New tax bills issued.

88.123. As soon as may be after such ordinance has come intoeffect, special tax bills, in favor of the record holder of theoriginal defective bills, against the various lots, tracts andparcels of land included within the assessment district in saidordinance defined, shall be issued pursuant thereto by the properofficers, and all other appropriate steps to effectuate saidordinance shall be taken in the same manner and with like forceand effect as in the case of original assessments; and such newtax bills shall have the same attributes as have tax bills issuedpursuant to original assessments for like improvements.
