Improvements, county property--duty of county commission(fourth class cities).

88.747. It shall be the duty of the county commissionwhenever any of the improvements of the property set out insection 88.743 is required by ordinance, to forthwith make suchimprovement fronting or abutting any real estate owned by thecounty and lying within the corporate limits of the city, andincluded in the terms of the ordinance, in compliance with theprovisions of such ordinance, and pay for such improvements outof the general fund of the county.
