Condemnation of sidewalks (cities, 30,000 or less).

88.873. The city council may, by ordinance, condemn anysidewalk which they may deem to be in a dangerous or defectivecondition or out of repair, or any sidewalk which is not locatedupon the established grade and line for sidewalks (on the streeton which it is located, as provided by the ordinances of saidcity), or any sidewalk which does not conform to thespecifications and requirements for sidewalks in said city, asprovided by the ordinances of said city, and to provide for theremoval of any sidewalk so condemned.
