Street grading--damages and benefits (cities, 300,000 or over).

88.920. When the property owners to be disturbed or damagedby the grading, regrading, or other change of any street, alley,avenue, public highway, public place, or any part thereof, arelawfully entitled to remuneration or damages under theConstitution of the state of Missouri, and shall not have waivedall right or claim thereto, the ordinance which shall order thegrading or regrading of any such street, alley, avenue, publichighway or public place, or any part thereof, shall alsoprescribe and determine the limits within which private propertyis benefited by the proposed grading or regrading.
