Approval of plats required for recording.

89.440. No county recorder shall receive for filing orrecording any subdivision plat required to be approved by a citycouncil or municipal planning commission unless the plat hasendorsed upon it the approval of the city council under the handof the clerk and the seal of the city, or by the secretary of theplanning commission.
