Vacancy in board of commissioners, how filled.

90.101. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, in case of anyvacancy occurring in the membership of the board of commissioners of TowerGrove Park from death, resignation, or disqualification to act, the vacancyshall be filled by appointment from the remaining members of the board, ora majority of them, for the balance of the term then vacant, and allvacancies caused by the expiration of the term of office shall be filled byappointment from the judges of the supreme court of the state of Missouri,or a majority of them or if said judges are unable or unwilling to so act,which shall be presumed by their failure to act within thirty daysfollowing delivery to the court of a slate of appointees, by the majorityvote of the remaining board members.
