What provisions to apply.

91.210. All the provisions of sections 91.010 to 91.300,91.450 to 91.540, 91.600 and 91.610, which concern the purchaseof waterworks, shall apply, so far as the same are applicable, tothe erection or purchase of electric light plants, gas plants,ice plants or other lighting plants.
