May grant rights and interests in rapid transit improvements.

91.830. All such cities are hereby authorized and empoweredto maintain such rapid transit improvement so constructed oracquired, and every part thereof; and to grant rights andinterests in said rapid transit improvement, or in any partthereof, for public use, to such parties and upon such terms, andfor such rentals and considerations, as such cities may deembest.
