Tax ordinance not to require copies of federal or state incometax returns (St. Louis).

92.190. No tax ordinance enacted pursuant to the provisionsof sections 92.110 to 92.200 shall require any taxpayer to filecopies of his state or federal income tax returns with any cityofficer, employee or other person designated by said ordinance tocollect or otherwise administer any tax imposed thereunder.
