Amendment of charter required--present ordinance to continue.

92.200. No ordinance enacted under sections 92.110 to92.200, except an ordinance limited to the purposes of section92.170, shall be effective unless it is authorized pursuant to acharter amendment of such city; provided that any ordinanceauthorized by charter and presently in effect shall remain ineffect until an ordinance is adopted under the authority ofsections 92.110 to 92.200.
