Tax ordinance to contain formulae for determining profits ofnonresidents and corporations (Kansas City and St. Joseph).

92.250. The earnings or net profits subject to tax of anynonresident individual, of any association or business conductedby nonresidents, or of any corporation, in any case in which thework done, services performed or rendered, and business or otheractivities conducted or done, performed, rendered or conductedboth within and without the city may be ascertained by formulaeset forth in any ordinance enacted pursuant to sections 92.210 to92.300 or prescribed by rules or regulations adopted pursuant tothe ordinance.
