Applicable provisions of general law to apply.

92.870. The general law relating to taxation and thecollection of delinquent taxes as now existing and the provisionsfound in sections 92.700 to 92.920 shall apply to cities notwithin any county and which now have or may hereafter have apopulation in excess of five hundred thousand, insofar as notinconsistent with the provisions of sections 92.700 to 92.920.
