Beneficiaries of authority--interest, how determined.

92.880. The beneficiaries of the land reutilizationauthority shall be the taxing authorities which held or owned taxbills against the respective parcel of real estate sold to theland reutilization authority at sheriff's foreclosure saleincluded in the judgment of the court, and their respectiveinterests in each parcel of real estate shall be to the extentand in the proportion and according to the priorities determinedby the court on the basis which the principal amount of theirrespective tax bills bore to the total principal amount of all ofthe tax bills described in the judgment.
