Procedure for cities to adopt transportation sales tax.

94.655. In those cities in which the transportation sales tax hasbeen submitted to and approved by the voters or by a majority vote of thegoverning body of any such city without submission of the issue to thevoters, the transportation sales tax shall remain in effect until repealedby local ordinance in those cities.
