Bonds to be registered.

95.455. All bonds issued under the provisions of sections95.415 to 95.460 shall be presented to and registered by thestate auditor before being offered for sale, and it shall be theduty of the state auditor to register such bonds, uponsatisfactory proof, that all the provisions of said sectionsauthorizing the issue of bonds have been complied with.
