Bonds issued, when (cities over 400,000).

95.520. In the event that at such election theconstitutionally required percentage of the voters of such cityvoting on such proposition shall vote in favor thereof, thensuch city shall issue and dispose of its bonds thus authorized,and pay to the United States or its qualified authority, out ofthe proceeds of such bonds, the amount of the payment andconsideration so voted. All bonds issued under the provisionsof sections 95.510 to 95.525 shall be subject to alllimitations, terms and provisions of law now or hereafterapplicable to the issuance and sale of general obligation bondsof such cities.
