United States granted authority to establish parks in state(cities over 400,000).

95.525. The consent of the state of Missouri is hereby fullygiven to the acquisition by the United States or any qualifiedauthority thereof, by purchase, grant or condemnation, of anylands or improvements thereon, in any of the cities to whichsections 95.510 to 95.525 are applicable, for the purpose ofestablishing, improving in any manner, and maintaining anynational park or plaza of the character described.
