Employees who may be covered (St. Louis City).

95.547. The ordinance authorizing the insurance program mayprovide for the coverage within a single plan of municipalemployees, public employees performing county functions withinthe city, employees of any municipally owned or operated publicutility, and the employees of any independent public board oragency operating within the city under the authority of a statuteof this state or ordinance of the city.
