City authorized to contract with insurers--rules and regulationsauthorized (St. Louis City).

95.555. Any ordinance adopted hereunder may empower the cityto contract for the purposes of sections 95.545 to 95.555 withinsurance companies authorized to do business in this state andmay authorize an officer or board of the city to adopt rules andregulations with respect to all matters pertaining to coverageand claims under any insurance program hereunder which are notinconsistent with any provision of sections 95.545 to 95.555.
