99.103. 1. In addition to the duties imposed by section99.100, no housing authority in any city with a population offour hundred thousand or more inhabitants, and whose jurisdictioncovers more than one county, shall rent or lease accommodationsto any person who, within the preceding five years, has beenconvicted of a crime involving prostitution or the possession orsale of controlled substances listed in schedule I and II ofsection 195.017, RSMo, or whose dwelling unit is known to havebeen the site of crimes involving prostitution or the possessionor sale of controlled substances listed in schedule I and II ofsection 195.017, RSMo.
2. If a family which is living in accommodations rented orleased by the housing authority becomes ineligible for suchaccommodations because a member of that family was convicted of acrime listed in subsection 1 of this section, the remainingmembers of such family may reapply to the board of commissionersof the housing authority for accommodations.
