Housing projects subject to local regulations.

99.130. All housing projects of an authority shall besubject to the planning, zoning, sanitary and building laws,ordinances and regulations applicable to the locality in whichthe housing project is situated. In the planning and location ofany housing project, an authority shall take into considerationthe relationship of the project to any larger plan or long-rangeprogram for the development of the area in which the housingauthority functions.
