Funds to be used only for certain purposes.

99.225. No funds derived from the United States Departmentof Housing and Urban Development for the subsidization, directlyor indirectly, of very low and low-income housing may be used byany housing authority, directly or indirectly, for any of thenonhousing related activities or housing projects for moderateincome persons described in sections 99.010 to 99.230, unlessauthorized by federal statutes or regulation.
