Assessor to issue current assessed value statement, when.

99.705. Within thirty days of receiving the certificate, theapplicant shall notify the city or county assessor, as the casemay be, who shall, as soon as possible, issue a statement as tothe current assessed valuation of the then existing real propertycovered by the plans. The authority shall issue a copy of theplans to the assessor.
