County implementing project within boundaries of municipality,permission required--definition of municipality to include county.

99.815. When a county of this state desires to implement atax increment financing project within the boundaries of amunicipality partially or totally within the county, such countyshall first obtain the permission of the governing body of themunicipality located within the county. When the term"municipality" is used within sections 99.800 to 99.865, suchterm may be interpreted to include a county implementing a taxincremental financing project.
