Title--funding exclusions--act supersedes other inconsistent laws.

99.915. 1. Sections 99.915 to 99.1060 shall be known and may becited as the "Missouri Downtown and Rural Economic Stimulus Act".

2. Nothing in sections 99.915 to 99.1060 shall be construed toprovide any funding for the construction, maintenance, or operation of anysports stadium, arena, or related facility which has as its intendedpurpose use for spectator events which seats over ten thousand persons.

3. Insofar as the provisions of sections 99.915 to 99.1060 areinconsistent with the provisions of any other law, the provisions ofsections 99.915 to 99.1060 shall be controlling.
