Acceptance of federal grants or gifts.
100.030. The municipality may accept grants from the federaland state governments for industrial development purposes, andmay enter into such agreements as are not contrary to the laws ofthis state and which may be required as a condition of grants bythe federal government or its agencies. The municipality mayalso receive gifts and donations from private sources to beexpended for industrial development purposes.
