Time for election--subsequent elections.

100.120. The question of issuing general obligation bondsunder a plan to finance a project which has been approved by thegoverning body of the municipality shall be submitted within oneyear from the date of approval by the governing body. If thequestion of issuing general obligation bonds is submitted anddoes not pass, the question shall not be submitted to the votersuntil the governing body determines that the question may besubmitted.
