Municipality to fix terms and form of revenue bonds.

100.130. The municipality shall, by ordinance, provide theform of the revenue bonds to be issued hereunder and shall setout the terms under which such bonds shall be issued, includingthe rate of interest which they shall bear and the number ofyears within which they are to be redeemed.
