Commissioner, removal for cause, hearing.

100.360. For inefficiency or neglect of duty or misconductin office, a commissioner of an authority may be removed by themayor, but a commissioner shall be removed only after a hearingand after he shall have been given a copy of the charges at leastten days prior to such hearing and have had an opportunity to beheard in person or by counsel. In the event of the removal ofany commissioner, a record of the proceedings, together with thecharges and findings thereon, shall be filed in the office of thecity clerk.
