Financing agreement, authority to enter into.

100.740. The board may enter into, with the approval of thedepartment and in consultation with the office of administration, with anyeligible industry, a financing agreement with respect to its economicdevelopment project. Subject to the inclusion of the mandatory provisionsset forth in sections 100.700 to 100.850, the terms and provisions of eachfinancing agreement shall be determined by negotiations between the boardand the eligible industry.
