Board authority to determine projects, assessments, credits andrefunds, credit and assessment time limit.

100.780. The board shall determine the amount and duration of aproject and its associated assessments, credits and refunds. The creditamount may not exceed the estimated assessment. Assessments made for anyproject may not exceed a period of fifteen years.
