Staff salaries to be set by board.

103.019. 1. Employees of the plan shall receive suchsalaries and necessary expenses as shall be fixed by the board.

2. Subject to the provisions of the constitution, the boardof trustees shall have exclusive jurisdiction and control overthe funds and property of the plan and may employ and fix thecompensation of necessary employees.
