Actuary or actuarial firm to give technical advice.

103.023. The board shall employ or contract with an actuaryor firm of actuaries familiar with health care financing astechnical advisor to the board on matters regarding the operationand funding of the plan from an actuarial basis and shall performsuch duties as are from time to time required by the board.
