Annual audit of records and accounts by CPA--state auditor to examineaudits at least once every three years.

103.025. The board shall arrange for annual audits of therecords and accounts of the plan by a certified public accountantor firm of certified public accountants. The state auditor shallexamine such audits at least once every three years and report tothe board and the governor.
