Meetings of board, held where and how set--notice to board members.

103.045. The board shall meet within the state of Missourinot less than once per calendar quarter, at a time set at apreviously scheduled meeting or at the request of the chairman orany four trustees acting jointly. Notice of the meeting shall bedelivered to all trustees in person or by depositing notice in aUnited States Post Office in a properly stamped and addressedenvelope not less than six days prior to the date fixed for themeeting. The board may meet at any time by unanimous consent.
