Principal office for plan to be in Jefferson City, seal--courts totake judicial notice.

103.050. The principal office of the plan shall be inJefferson City. The plan shall have a seal bearing theinscription "Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan", which shallbe in the custody of its executive director. The courts of thestate shall take judicial notice of the seal, and all copies ofrecords, books, and written instruments which are kept in theoffice of the system and are certified by the director under theseal shall be proved or admitted in any court or proceeding asprovided by section 109.130, RSMo.
