Errors in members or providers receiving more or less than entitledto--board's power to correct or recover overpayments.

103.055. Should any error result in any member or providerreceiving more or less than he or she would have been entitled toreceive had the error not occurred, the board shall correct sucherror, and to this end may recover any overpayments.
