Trustees and employees not to profit from plantransactions--acceptance of gratuity or compensation to influenceinvestment, penalties.

103.067. 1. No trustee or employee of the plan shallreceive any gain or profit from any funds or transaction of theplan, except benefits common to all members, if entitled thereto.

2. Any trustee or employee accepting any gratuity orcompensation for the purpose of influencing his action withrespect to the investment of the funds of the plan shall therebyforfeit his office and in addition thereto be subject to thepenalties prescribed by law.
