Reimbursement by participating member agency of start-up costsincurred solely for member agency.

103.155. If so determined by the board, a participatingmember agency shall reimburse the plan for any initial start-upcosts that are incurred by the plan solely on behalf of theparticipating member agency and necessary in order for theparticipating member agency to be included in the plan.
