Feasibility of agencies and school district retirees not havingjoined plan to join--board to study and report.

103.175. The board shall study and report to the general assembly, onor before December 15, 2003, on the feasibility of including in this planindividuals who are employees of eligible agencies which have not electedto join the plan or who are retirees of school districts.
